At Giraglasni, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and convenient vehicle purchasing experience, including timely and efficient shipping and delivery. This Shipping Policy outlines the available shipping methods, delivery timeframes, costs, and conditions for vehicles and other related products purchased from our website.

1. Shipping Methods
Giraglasni offers several shipping and delivery options for your convenience. Depending on the type of vehicle or product you purchase and your location, the following options may be available:
In-Person Pickup: Customers are welcome to pick up their vehicles directly from our dealership located at 138 Spencer Rd SE, Kalkaska, Michigan. If you choose this option, you will be notified when your vehicle is ready for pickup.
Home Delivery: For added convenience, we offer home delivery services for vehicles purchased from Giraglasni. Delivery is available to most areas within the United States. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Third-Party Delivery: In some cases, we may partner with third-party logistics companies to deliver your vehicle. These third-party services will be fully insured for peace of mind during transportation.
2. Delivery Timeframe
The estimated delivery time for your vehicle will depend on several factors, including the location of the delivery, the availability of the vehicle, and the shipping method chosen. Below are typical delivery timeframes:
Local Deliveries (within Michigan): Vehicles are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after the purchase is completed and payment is processed.
Domestic Deliveries (outside Michigan): Delivery to locations outside of Michigan may take between 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination and the selected delivery service.
Special Orders: If you purchase a vehicle that requires special ordering or is not in stock, please allow additional time for processing, which may extend delivery times to 2 to 3 weeks.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary based on external factors such as weather, shipping carrier delays, or issues with vehicle availability.
3. Shipping Charges
Delivery Costs: Delivery charges will vary depending on the destination of the vehicle. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and included in the total price. The cost will depend on factors such as distance, vehicle size, and delivery method chosen (standard or expedited).
In-Person Pickup: If you choose to pick up your vehicle at our dealership, no shipping fees will apply. However, you will be responsible for paying applicable taxes, fees, and registration charges when picking up the vehicle.
4. Tracking and Notifications
Once your vehicle is shipped, we will provide you with tracking information (for third-party deliveries) and regular updates on the status of your order. You will be notified when your vehicle is dispatched, when it is en route, and when it has arrived at the final destination.
Tracking Information: If your vehicle is being delivered via third-party carrier, we will send you tracking details so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Delivery Updates: You will receive notifications from Giraglasni as well as from the third-party delivery provider (if applicable) to keep you informed about your vehicle’s delivery status.
5. Delivery Restrictions
International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping for vehicles purchased through Giraglasni. We only deliver to addresses within the United States.
Remote Areas: Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional time for delivery or may incur higher shipping fees. If your address falls within a restricted delivery area, our customer service team will contact you to discuss delivery options.
Military Shipments: We currently do not provide shipping services to military bases or international locations such as APO/FPO addresses.
6. Delivery Acceptance
When your vehicle is delivered, you are required to inspect it for any visible damage and confirm its condition at the time of delivery.
Damage Inspection: Upon arrival, please inspect your vehicle carefully for any visible damage that may have occurred during shipping. If you notice any damage, please notify the delivery driver immediately and contact our customer service team at info@giraglasni.com or (231) 369-4224.
Delivery Confirmation: Upon receipt of the vehicle, you will be asked to sign a delivery confirmation to acknowledge the delivery was completed. If you do not sign the delivery confirmation, it may delay processing of any claims related to damage or discrepancies.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to provide accurate delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
Weather Conditions: Severe weather conditions, such as snowstorms, hurricanes, or flooding, may delay delivery.
Carrier Issues: Delays with third-party shipping carriers or logistic companies may occur, particularly during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Vehicle Availability: In rare cases, vehicle availability may affect delivery times. If a delay occurs due to inventory or order processing issues, we will contact you promptly.
If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we will keep you informed and provide updates on the new expected delivery date.
8. Returns and Cancellations During Delivery
Cancellation During Transit: Once your vehicle has been shipped, cancellations or returns cannot be processed unless the vehicle has significant defects or damages. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for more information on how to proceed with cancellations or returns.
Return Shipping: If you need to return a vehicle after delivery, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the vehicle has significant defects, Giraglasni will assist with return shipping and processing the return under our Refund and Returns Policy.
